By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant zabrast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. zabrast does not endorse any User-Generated Content and is not responsible for any content submitted by users.

7. Payment Terms
Some services offered on zabrast may require payment. By purchasing any services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your purchase. All payments must be made in Euro (€) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes to pricing constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
